A curious generalist who built and scaled an education venture across three market tiers over 5.5 years — now seeking to bring that operator intensity to an AI startup or VC firm.
I turn chaos into structured frameworks, people into high-trust teams, and ambiguity into forward motion. I've operated across analytics, product, hiring, community, and creative — the full surface area a founder needs covered by one person who gets it.
In 2018, straight out of IIT Roorkee, I co-founded Explorin with two friends and a belief that India's college students deserved more than a placement cell. The name came from my core conviction — that I was born to explore infinity.
What followed was 5.5 years of building through radical uncertainty. We made three pivots, each serving a different tier of the Indian education market — from IITs and NITs to private colleges — evolving from online exploration programs to DSA training to full offline placement partnerships.
I wore every hat. Analytics. Sales. Coaching. Community. Content. Operations. I managed a team of 20 across full-time and consultants, including IIT graduates. We operated across three cities. And I personally conducted over 1,000 one-on-one mentorship sessions, averaging 30+ minutes each.
I left when I lost connection with the original mission of turning dreamers into achievers. The hardest decision — and the most honest one.
3 missions committed to the same aim
Built an online-offline coaching ecosystem offering technical, emotional, network, mentorship, and job interview support to empower 100,000+ students to kickstart their tech careers across 3 offline academies. A complete embodiment of my service philosophy — before I had the words for it.
Five axioms that govern how I think, lead, and make decisions under pressure.
From serving students to serving entrepreneurs
My aim is to explore infinity via empowering trustworthy high-agency humans to turn their dreams into reality — achieving at least 10% success rate by serving 100 entrepreneurs within 10 years.
Born in 1996 in Rampura Phul, a small town near Bathinda in Punjab. Raised in a joint family of ten. My father took over the family business at fourteen. My mother built the home that made everything possible.
Mathematics was the first love — a childhood obsession that carried me through JEE Advanced (AIR 3541) and into IIT Roorkee, where the real education began: not in classrooms, but in the people I met and the ideas we couldn't stop chasing.
I've always believed the deepest skill isn't any single domain — it's the ability to hold multiple worlds in your head at once and find the thread that connects them. That's what generalists do. That's what I do.
If you're building something at the frontier of AI and need a generalist operator in the room — let's talk.
